Grade Site
We specialize in the placement of your home site and leveling the area. Our engineers are knowledgeable about different regions and can adjust the foundation to suit the soil conditions of the area.
Build A Form
The second step involves constructing a wooden form and excavating beams according to engineering specifications. Once this is completed, the rough-in plumbing can be installed.
Rebar And Vapor Barrier
The third step involves placing rebar in the beams, with a preference for spacing the top rebar every foot to minimize the occurrence of hairline cracks as much as possible.
Concrete Finish Work
The final step is to pour the concrete and finish it according to the specific flooring requirements. Most Barndominiums feature stained floors, and our team is proficient in preparing the concrete for staining.
Remove Forms
The last step involves removing the forms and completing the cleanup grading. Our project management team will ensure that your project is completed on time, within budget, and to your satisfaction. We will handle all aspects of the project, from scheduling to quality control.
Cost Range
The cost to pour a concrete slab ranges from \$10.00 to \$15.00 per square foot, varying based on the site area and location. This estimate includes the price of a foundation plan. Should clients require engineering services, there will be an additional charge.
