75 years structural from the date of the original purchase. This warranty is extended only to the original purchaser of the Barndo Plans LLC Barns building package listed in the purchase agreement. It is non-transferable and cannot be assigned to another party.
The building must be fully constructed at the address specified in the purchase agreement, on a non-commercial property, and owned by the original purchaser at the time of purchase and when making a warranty claim.
Natural characteristics of wood, such as raised grain, splitting, checking, twisting, warping, shrinkage, and swelling, are not covered under this warranty. Barndo Plans LLC is not liable for damages caused by flying or falling objects, tornadoes, floods, external forces, explosions, fires, riots, civil commotion, acts of God, war, radiation, natural perils, or any other similar or dissimilar occurrences that are beyond the control of Barndo Plans LLC. Additionally, Barndo Plans LLC is not responsible for any losses, damages, or expenses, whether direct, incidental, or consequential, resulting from failed, defective, or nonconforming building components.
