Refund Policy

This Refund Policy ("Policy") governs the terms under which Barndo Plans LLC ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"), a limited liability company organized and existing under the laws of the United States, provides refunds for the purchase of its products and services through the website https://barndoplans.com ("Site"). By purchasing any product or service from Barndo Plans LLC, you ("Customer", "you", or "your") agree to be bound by the terms of this Policy in full. If you do not agree to this Policy, do not complete a purchase on our Site.

1. No Refunds for Digital Products

All floor plans, drawings, design documents, and other materials sold or delivered by Barndo Plans LLC are classified as digital goods and are considered final sale. Due to the immediate, irrevocable access provided upon purchase, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to:

Once the plan has been delivered—either by direct download or electronic delivery—no refund will be issued.

2. Custom Plans and Modification Services

All custom barndominium plans, modification requests, and add-on services (including but not limited to 3D renderings, layout changes, or engineering adaptations) are non-refundable. These services require the allocation of specialized resources and begin promptly upon order confirmation. As such, no cancellations or refunds are permitted once work has commenced.

3. Customer Responsibility

It is the sole responsibility of the Customer to ensure that the selected plan:

We recommend that all Customers consult with their local building department or licensed contractor before purchasing any stock or custom plan. Barndo Plans LLC does not guarantee approval by any governing authority, as regional requirements vary significantly.

4. Defective or Corrupt Files

In the event that a digital file is defective, corrupted, or incomplete, Barndo Plans LLC will, upon written notice from the Customer, promptly provide a replacement at no additional cost. To request a replacement, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase date and provide proof of the issue.

5. Intellectual Property and License

All plans sold by Barndo Plans LLC are protected by U.S. and international copyright law. Purchase of a plan grants the Customer a non-transferable, non-exclusive, single-use license to use the plan for the construction of one (1) residential structure, unless otherwise stated in writing. Plans may not be reproduced, resold, distributed, or used to build multiple homes without the express written permission of Barndo Plans LLC. Unauthorized reproduction or use is a violation of intellectual property laws and may result in legal action.
