1. Selecting A Plan
We begin by understanding your goals and the design inspiration behind your project. Once your project coordinator comprehends your vision, they will assist you in selecting the appropriate pre-engineered building model for your needs They will guide you through our extensive of available options and upgrades for your build and any structural you wish to make. After you have made your selections, your project coordinator will draft a proposal for your review and approval. Upon your sign, we will request payment and select shipping before proceeding to the design phase.

2. Materials Package
This is the phase where your design transitions from a computerized model to a complete building package. During this stage, our operations team procures the premium materials for your building kit. Simultaneously, at our manufacturing facility, our team will select the appropriate sizes and quantities of metal lumber for your project and start prefabricating the metal or wood framing components. Finally, our team will prepare your building package for shipment.

3. Shipping Your Building Kit
Once your package is ready for shipment, our team will wrap, strap, and palletize all components to ensure safe delivery. Your building will then be transported on one of our flatbed trucks and arrive at your destination ready for assembly. If you are located outside lower 48 states we can create a shipping quote you send your kit an delivery method.
