The Chelsea is a two-story Barndominium floor plan offering an optional four bedrooms,two-and-a-half-bathrooms, an expansive open layout, and a wrap-around porch. Perfect for hosting, this plan is versatile for building across the USA, requiring only slight structural adjustments for regions with heavy snowfall or high winds. The design is customizable to meet individual tastes. We distribute kits throughout the United States and Canada. – Red-Iron frame kit for Barndominium: $21,963.00 Estimated Panel purchase for both buildings / Roof and siding $12,827.00.
– Pole-Barn kit for Barndominium: $19,018.00

Please note that siding and roofing panels are not included but can be sourced locally, allowing you to avoid shipping costs and markups.
- Engineered plans for the base metal structure are included
- Porches, rafters, and posts are typically constructed from wood, which is usually not included.
- All wall girts, roof girts, and cutouts will be done on sight by the welder.
- Weld-up kits will provide the CNC cut clips for metal structures.
- All clips will be welded on sight by the contractor.
- Panels are ordered according to the client’s selection of standard colors. For the metal gauge, we facilitate your order through our metal panel company. This ensures you receive the direct price, inclusive of our discount, and benefit from a one-time shipment. Ultimately, you save 11% on shipping and markup costs.
- The price does not include doors and windows.
- The delivery time is approximately 2-4 weeks after the finalized engineered plans have been received and signed.
