Two hours of modifications can include things like moving rooms, moving doors, and moving the garage entry. After you place your order, we will call you to discuss details and give instructions for sending in writing. If we think your changes will give over the 2 hours, we will inform you during the call. Most modifications do not take more than two hours.

We flip the plan so that you can build it opposite of how it is laid out. We Reverse the entire plan including all text and dimensions so that they are reading correctly for your builder.
