Barndo Plans LLC offers stock and custom barndominium floor plans, engineering services, construction kits, and ongoing design support. Intellectual Property

All content, including floor plans, renderings, images, text, design tools, and downloadable materials are the exclusive intellectual property of Barndo Plans LLC and/or its partners (including Digiverse Studios and Consac LLC, where applicable). Purchases & Licensing

By purchasing a stock or custom plan, you are granted a single-use, non-transferable license to use the design solely for the construction of one residential unit. If you require a multi-use or commercial license, please contact us directly.

Note: Any engineering stamps or construction kits provided may be subject to regional building codes. It is your responsibility to verify compliance with local regulations.

Modifications and Custom Plans

Stock plans may be modified by the customer or with assistance from our team. All customizations, once approved and delivered, are final. We are not responsible for design alterations made without our knowledge or approval.

Refund Policy

Due to the digital and intellectual nature of our products, all sales are final once floor plans or designs are delivered. Refunds or exchanges are not offered unless required by law or a proven error on our part.
