Purchase of a plan does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property. All rights, title, and interest in and to the design, including but not limited to drawings, layouts, structural concepts, and associated documentation, remain solely with Barndo Plans LLC.
Customers are granted permission only to construct one (1) residential or approved structure per purchased plan unless otherwise stated in writing. Any additional use requires prior authorization.

All products are delivered digitally and are securely licensed to the original purchaser only. Access credentials, downloaded files, and portal content are intended strictly for individual use and must not be shared or transferred.
Barndo Plans LLC reserves the right to monitor misuse, unauthorized distribution, or account sharing where applicable.
Any modification to purchased plans, whether structural or non-structural, must be reviewed and may require additional engineering approval depending on local building codes. Modified plans remain subject to the original copyright terms and do not grant ownership rights or redistribution rights to the modified design.
Barndo Plans LLC is not responsible for changes made after purchase or for any consequences arising from unauthorized modifications.
Barndo Plans LLC actively protects its intellectual property. Any infringement, duplication, or unauthorized use of designs or content will be addressed to the fullest extent permitted under applicable law. This may include legal action, damages, and recovery of associated costs.
By purchasing, downloading, or accessing any product from Barndo Plans LLC, the customer acknowledges and agrees to abide by all copyright and licensing terms stated herein.
