All plans provided by Barndo Plans LLC are protected under copyright law. By purchasing any plan, the customer agrees to the terms outlined below. Some plans may include additional state-specific requirements listed on individual plan pages.
Plans are designed in accordance with generally accepted zoning and construction principles. However, local building codes, zoning laws, and permit requirements vary by jurisdiction. Compliance with all local regulations is the responsibility of the purchaser and/or builder.
Certain municipalities may require review or approval by a licensed architect or structural engineer. Any additional costs required to meet local building authority requirements are the responsibility of the customer.
Barndo Plans LLC is not liable for any delays, rejections, or additional requirements imposed by local authorities.
All designs remain the intellectual property of Barndo Plans LLC. Purchase of a plan grants a limited, non-exclusive license to construct one (1) structure only, unless a multi-use license is purchased separately.
Plans may not be copied, reproduced, modified for reuse, shared, or resold in any form without written permission.
Construction of more than one structure using the same design requires a valid multi-use license. Unauthorized multiple use constitutes copyright infringement.
Due to the digital and copyrighted nature of our products, all sales are final. No returns, refunds, or exchanges are permitted once an order has been processed.
All plans, drawings, and documents are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Barndo Plans LLC does not guarantee compliance with all local codes without modification.
Barndo Plans LLC does not oversee construction and is not responsible for structural execution, site conditions, or contractor performance.
The customer is responsible for obtaining all necessary engineering, structural reviews, permits, and approvals. Site conditions, measurements, and local requirements must be verified prior to construction.
Plumbing, mechanical, and electrical systems may require additional design based on local regulations.
